Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SolydFlow SDK, Console, or API, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

SolydFlow provides revenue infrastructure, including subscription management and payment routing. We act as a technical intermediary between your application and third-party payment processors (Paystack, Flutterwave, Apple, Google).

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your API Keys and Secret Keys.
• Ensuring your use of the Service complies with local laws and App Store guidelines.
• Providing accurate support contact information to your end-users for billing disputes.

4. Limitation of Liability

SolydFlow is not a bank, wallet, or money transmitter. We do not hold funds. In no event shall SolydFlow be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenue, arising out of payment gateway failures, network downtime, or third-party service interruptions.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via the Dashboard or Email.
