1. Introduction

SolydFlow Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of our users ("developers") and their end-users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our Revenue SDK.

2. Information We Collect

Developer Account Data: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and hashed password.

Financial Configuration: We store encrypted API keys (Paystack, Flutterwave) and service credentials (Google/Apple) required to process payments on your behalf.

Transaction Data: To provide our service, we process transaction references, amounts, and statuses. We do not store raw credit card numbers; these are handled directly by the Payment Gateways.

End-User Telemetry: Our SDK collects anonymized device models, network types (WiFi/4G), and latency metrics to optimize payment success rates.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To facilitate payment routing and subscription management.
  • To prevent "Zombie Transactions" by reconciling payments with external gateways.
  • To send administrative information, such as security alerts or API updates.
  • To train our internal AI models on network latency patterns (anonymized data only).

4. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. Sensitive credentials (API Keys) are encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards.
